Great hotel with perfect location within walking distance to Acropolis and Plaka. Our room was small but clean and nice. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. I can definitely recommend it. |

Safe, quiet, clean, and classy
A friend and I spent two nights at the Hera Hotel In July. We were very happy with everything. The staff was polite and helpful. The location was only a few blocks from the Acropolis and the Plaka. The breakfast included a nice variety. There were several tavernas a block or so down the street. It was quiet at night. I would stay here again. |

We stayed at the Hera for 3 nights in March 2007. The location is wonderful!--perfect for walking to the Acropolis (5 min.) and immediately adjacent to the Plaka. There is a Metro stop about 3 min. from the hotel, so the rest of the city (and Peiraios) is easily accessible, too.The room itself was on the small side, but very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice, and the breakfast was ample. The hotel staff was helpful but unobtrusive. We would definitely stay here on another trip to Greece. |
